1. Event terms and conditions

1.1. These terms and conditions apply when you purchase a ticket to an Event hosted by Carrow Road Events (a trading name of Norwich City Football Club PLC). For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the term “Event” means any event hosted by Carrow Road Events as listed on www.carrowroad.co.uk (the “Site”) from time to time.

2. Registration

2.1. You will need to register with the Site in order to purchase a ticket for an Event.

2.2. In return for allowing you to use this Site and benefiting from our services, you agree that any information you provide us about yourself at any time will be true, accurate, current and complete, and that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up to date. If incorrect information is supplied, any contractual obligation Carrow Road Events has will immediately become null and void.

2.3. We will process your registration information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. To learn more about what information we collect, the measures we put in place to protect this information and how we use it, we advise you to read the Privacy Policy.

3. Conditions of registration

3.1. If you are under 18, you must ask your parent or guardian before you:

(a) email the Site, or ask us to email anything to you;

(b) enter a competition on the Site; or

(c) attempt to buy anything from the Site.

3.2. By continuing to use this Site and any of the services offered, you are confirming that you have received the consent of your parent or a guardian. We recommend that all children discuss these terms and conditions with their parents or guardians before completing the registration process.

4. Booking fee

4.1. All tickets purchased through the Site will incur a booking fee, which is a fixed fee per ticket.

5. Contract formation

5.1. When you submit your order, you are offering to buy tickets at the price stated and in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions which, if accepted by us, will form and result in a binding contract between us. The binding contract between us will be made up of the following:

(a) your ticket order;

(b) the applicable terms and conditions relevant to your order; and

(c) any other conditions we may notify you of from time to time.

It is therefore important that you read and accept the terms and conditions before submitting your order.

5.2. Once you have completed your order, you will be asked to confirm that it is correct. If it is not, you can amend or cancel the order before submitting it. It is your responsibility to ensure it is correct before submission.

5.3. We will send a confirmation email to you on receipt of your order containing your ticket(s) to the Event, which constitutes acceptance of your offer, forming the contract between us.

5.4. Whilst we try to ensure that pricing and ticketing information on our website is correct at all times, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price or nature of the ticket you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price/specification or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will unfortunately have to treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will of course provide you with a full refund.

6. Issue of tickets

6.1. A ticket must be purchased in order to attend an Event. Tickets must be purchased in advance of the Event and will not be available on the door, unless expressly stated otherwise by Carrow Road Events.

6.2. There is no limit on the number of tickets that an individual is permitted to purchase for the Event, unless expressly stated otherwise by Carrow Road Events.

6.3. When purchasing tickets, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your ticket(s) to the Event. You will be required to present your ticket(s) in order for you and any guests to gain access to the Event. Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult, unless expressly stated otherwise by Carrow Road Events.

6.4. Any discount made available to Norwich City season ticket holders or members is strictly personal and applies solely to the supporter to whom the discount is issued. Such discount cannot be extended to or shared with other persons who the supporter may be booking tickets with, unless expressly stated otherwise by Carrow Road Events.

7. Transfers, cancellation and refunds

7.1. A ticket to an Event is non-refundable, unless the Event is cancelled or moved to another date. If an Event is moved to another date, all tickets will be valid for the rearranged date unless a refund is requested.

7.2. A ticket to an Event is also non-transferable, except where additional tickets are purchased for accompanying guests, provided that any transfer to a guest is not in excess of face value for the ticket.

7.3. For certain Events, for example where the Event includes a meal, we may require that you provide us with additional information, including but not limited to the names of guests and any dietary or accessibility requirements.

7.4. Carrow Road Events reserves the right to cancel or re-arrange the time and/or date of any Event, or delay access to the Event, for any reason, including but not limited to: (i) the need to use Carrow Road or any part of it for any football match or other event; (ii) the need for any building works to be carried out at Carrow Road; or (iii) any event beyond the control of Carrow Road Events.
